DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

All our products are in stock and shipped

same-day if the order is placed before 4pm. Orders placed over the

weekend are despatched on Monday(Bank Holiday’s excepted).
For parcels under 30kgs, we provided a 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery service, please provide us

with your mobile number so that your shipping information may be sent to

you direct as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

For Pallets we provided a 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery service, please provide us with your mobile number so that the haulage company can call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

We have a 14 day returns policy

If there is a problem with your purchase please call us right away on 01427 611 717 anytime before emailing.

14 Days Peace of Mind Guarantee – If you are not happy with anything just

send the item back in its original re-sellable condition along with all

its packaging and we will refund your money excluding any postage costs.

If the postage was free for the item there will be a deduction of £10

from Refund. Please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs

regardless of the reason of the return. Any damage to the item must be

reported at the time of delivery to the driver, you may ask the driver

to wait while you open the box to confirm the item etc is ok (not

broken) it will only few seconds to check this. The shipping company do

not accept any damage claims made unless the damage is reported to the

driver at the time of delivery. We will not be able to issue refund or

get a replacement for you if the damage is not reported to the driver at

the time of delivery. Thank You for your co-operation in this matter.

return tracking number , so we can confirm receipt more quickly.

Your product will be thoroughly tested for manufacturing defects, then we

will be able to offer you a repair or exchange at our discretion.
